Here I am on the Orange Boat. This boat runs on the Thiel River from La Tene to Biel in the french district of Switzerland. I can’t believe I don’t have more photos with orange in them. This was the best I could do.
Here’s a reward for making our way to the Top of Europe. What a beautiful day we had for that view!

This was the day I almost stepped on a ‘rattler’. My husband always admonished me before we started our many walks on this old highway, “Watch for snakes”. I said, “ya, ok” as I continued walking along and snapping photos when suddenly there he was almost under my foot!
Nybranna means New Burning in Swedish. The new burning means burn up the old so that the new can grow in. Nybranna is the name of my husband’s great great grandfather’s new development property. Haha. It consists of a few buildings and a lot of land with reindeer running around on it.
